The City of Groveland Groveys Awards recognizes employees. volunteers. advisory board members and committee members whose actions exemplify the City's Strategic Plan Core Values of Vitality, Intentionality, Connectivity, Knowledge, and Heart. The program celebrates those who transform the City's values into meaningful action, strengthen organizational culture, and inspire excellence in service to the Groveland community

The Core Values Excellence Awards Program seeks to:

Reinforce the City's Strategic Plan and organizational culture.
Recognize exemplary service and leadership.
Celebrate behaviors that reflect Groveland's core values.
Encourage innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Increase employee and volunteer engagement.
Promote a culture of appreciation and recognition.
Honor those who inspire Groveland's future.
